These are the most appropriate words as a conclusion to our special talk that was held last week.
Finding a point of balance is an art in thinking that needs to be adapted in everyone’s life. By balancing our thoughts positively and negatively, we can also balance and organize our lives becoming much better. There are consequences when we think too much or too little. It is best to find an equilibrium point in thinking for a more rational and positive life.
