LESSON PLAN EXECUTION
MOST FREQUENT QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
STEP 1:
(http://kolejunikop.zavycampus.com/Admin/AdminMenu.aspx) The lecturer has to login the web portal as the lecturer privilege. After login successfully, through the welcome page there is ‘Manage Lesson Plan Execution’ and kindly click it to proceed.
STEP 2:

Thenceforward, it will be directed to the ‘Manage Lesson Plan Execution’ page.
STEP 3:

At the page of ‘Manage Lesson Plan Execution’, on the right side of the page there is ‘Create Lesson Plan Execution’ and kindly click it to proceed.
STEP 4:

Kindly fill in all the forms (*Required) without clicking or unchecked the ‘Short Fall If Any’ (depends on the lecturer) and click the ‘Save’ button until the ‘Record inserted Successfully’ appear. If the lecturer wanted to view, kindly click the ‘Back to Search’ button.
STEP 5:

Following the search by the choices of the criteria, fill in the forms (*Required) and kindly click the ‘Search’ button. After the lecturer click search button, then the result of the records will be shown at the bottom of the section.

After the results of the search has been shown, the lecturer may get back to the ‘Create Lesson Plan Execution’ that appear at the top on the right side of the page. After it proceed, fill in the form (*Required) and this time the lecturer with clicking the ‘Short Fall If Any’. Below the ‘Save Lesson Plan Short Fall If Any Details’ will be shown and the lecturer has to fill in the ‘Actions Proposed’ and the ‘Actions Completed’. The lecturer kindly click the ‘Save’ button.
