The programme is specially designed to equip students with relevant and strong hospital administration, business skills and healthcare knowledge in order to manage hospitals and other healthcare organizations. It aims to train the students in ensuring that their healthcare organizations are medically, financially and operationally capable of serving the needs of the patients. The skills taught for healthcare management include customer service and feedback management, staff administration, service quality assurance, as well as related business courses, interpersonal skills and leadership. Student will gain internship experience from the real healthcare sectors.
