Please ATTACHED the documents needed ( 2 copies of Passport size picture, 1 Copy of SPM Result, 1 Copy of applicant Birth Certificate, 1 Copy of applicant’s Mother Birth Certificate, 1 Copy of applicant’s Father Birth Certificate, 1 Copy of applicant MyKAD, 1 Copy of applicant’s Mother MyKAD, 1 Copy of applicant’s Father MyKAD,1 Copy of School Leaving Certificate, 1 Copy of Certificate of Divorce OR Certificate of Death (if applicable),1 Copy of applicant’s Parents Payslip / Proof of Income.
