DISCUSSION ROOM
HOW TO USE?
- Users must register at Counter & request for Discussion Room Form.
- User will be assigned with Room number & proceed to the room.
- The room number card need to be returned at the end of the session.
- Use of the room is limited to a maximum of 4 pax.
- Use of the rooms is on a first come first served basis.
OPEN STUDY AREA
RULES & REGULATIONS
- Our open study areas are a mix of individual bar table sittings, round table sittings, Podium sittings and Lounge area.
- Library user can choose the seating according to their needs.
- Re-arrangement of furniture in this area is strictly prohibited.
- Please ensure the cleanlines of this area at all time.
CHARGING PORT
INSTRUCTIONS
- Charging port is available in the Library to be used by Library user.
- Charging ports are not lockable or monitored.
- Users are responsible for remaining near their devices while they are being charged.
- Users need to bring their owned charger.
HEADPHONE LOAN
HOW TO USE?
- Headphones are available for use in the library.
- This service is on a “first come first served” basis.
- Loan period 3 hours, ask about renewals.
- To be used in the Library only.
- No fees for headphone loan, fill up equipment form at Library counter.
COMPUTER AREA & WIFI
- All library computers have Internet access, as well as Microsoft Office.
- Users are not allowed to change settings, install software.
- Cannot play computer games, access pornographic material or use chat lines.
- Wi-Fi are accessible for all Library users in the Library.
- Library users may also obtain guidelines for Wi-Fi Configuration from the Information Desk in the Library.
