STEP 1:

(http://kolejunikop.zavycampus.com/UserScreens/WelcomePage.aspx) The lecturer has to login the web portal as the lecturer privilege. After login successfully, through the welcome page there is an ‘Attendance’ and kindly click the ‘Attendance Posting’ button to proceed.

STEP 2:

(http://kolejunikop.zavycampus.com/UserScreens/PeriodWiseAttendancePosting.aspx) Consequently, it will be directed to the ‘Attendance Posting’ page.

STEP 3:

(http://kolejunikop.zavycampus.com/UserScreens/PeriodWiseAttendancePosting.aspx) Kindly the lecturer must fill in all the form (*Required) and click the ‘Get Attendance Form’ and wait for the processing request to proceed.

STEP 4:

(http://kolejunikop.zavycampus.com/UserScreens/PeriodWiseAttendancePosting.aspx) At the bottom of the page, all the names of the students will be appeared based on the criteria search that has been made by the lecturer.

STEP 5:

(http://kolejunikop.zavycampus.com/UserScreens/PeriodWiseAttendancePosting.aspx) Thenceforward, kindly checked the ‘Check All’ button to check all the students who were attended the class.

STEP 6:

(http://kolejunikop.zavycampus.com/UserScreens/PeriodWiseAttendancePosting.aspx) If there is a student are absent, unchecked the student and kindly click the green icon to state the reason on why the student not attending the class. Lecturer also able to comment on the box given not more than 240 characters.

STEP 7:

(http://kolejunikop.zavycampus.com/UserScreens/PeriodWiseAttendancePosting.aspx) The lecturer may click the ‘Save’ button after done checking the student attendance.
